Massachusetts to tackle who gets the biotech money

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick is set to give out $100 million a year for 10 years to biotech companies in the state, but who gets what and when has yet to be determined. Seventy state life science leaders will meet this week to begin writing rules to govern the funding distribution.
