Develop leaders through mentoring

The Infosys Leadership Institute in India exists to develop leaders for Infosys Technologies, which employs close to 100,000 people. The institute uses a tiered mentoring system to develop its leaders. Board members mentor the top 50 executives, who in turn mentor middle managers, who themselves mentor those with less experience. This piece explains how it all works -- and how it helps align various units.
