Discounts to big sellers rile eBay's smaller fries

Vendors who post monthly sales of $500,000 at the online auction house eBay will enjoy discounted fees -- a move that is angering many small marketers who sell their wares on eBay. The auction house also is planning an expansion of its PowerSellers discount program, which rewards sellers who move 100 items or post $1,000 in sales per month.
