ONC unveils open-source software to streamline quality reporting

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT has rolled out popHealth, an open-source software service meant to streamline quality reporting by physicians under the first stage of meaningful use. The tool "gives an opportunity for providers at the push of a button to get real-time feedback about the 44 ambulatory care quality measures," said ONC's Dr. Thomas Tsang.
