CFPB's lead contact for auto lending to leave agency

The assistant director in charge of regulating auto lending for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will leave his job in August. Rick Hackett's departure comes amid nervousness in the auto-lending industry regarding how the agency's concerns about "disparate impact" could affect business. Hackett says he is leaving for personal reasons.
