New trends shake up cocktail scene

Bartenders from coast to coast gathered in New York City last month for the annual Manhattan Cocktail Classic where each revealed up-and-coming tippler trends from nitro-infused cocktails to old-fashioned drinks from a by-gone era. "I travel extensively and see nothing hotter right now than vermouth," said mixologist Adam Seger. "With the renaissance of classic and pre-prohibition cocktails, vermouth takes a staring role."
