N.Y. city councilor wants arena moved within 10 years

New York City Council Speaker Christine Quinn says she backs a proposal to put a 10-year limit on a permit that allows Madison Square Garden to operate at Seventh Avenue and West 33rd Street. Relocating the arena to allow construction of a train station, replacing Pennsylvania Station, is key to supporting midtown growth, she says.
