Secondhand smoke raises type 2 diabetes risk in study

Data on 37,343 French women showed those exposed to secondhand smoke during childhood or adulthood had increased rates of type 2 diabetes compared with women not exposed to tobacco smoke. The results appear in Diabetes Care.
