SEC's White finds it hard to fill trading-markets post

More than half a dozen people reportedly have told Securities and Exchange Commission chief Mary Jo White that they are not interested in the job of overseeing stock exchanges and trading firms. Part of the problem is that industry players would have to take a cut in pay to fill the seat, which is considered crucial because of the growing complexity and speed of trading.
