Wall Street slides more than 2% as sell-off continues

Stock prices declined a second day Thursday as investors reacted to the Federal Reserve's plan to start withdrawing stimulus if the economy improves. The Standard & Poor's 500 index dropped 2.5%, its biggest one-day decline since Nov. 11, 2011. The Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq Composite index each gave up about 2.3%.
