Among Wahl's suggestions are to add free time to the schedule, encourage employees to doodle and to let workers play with Play-Doh at your next meeting and then discuss what they made. "You've broken the ice, made people smile and laugh, and relaxed them. You're going to get better answers and ideas," Wahl says.
