Ohio district signs on to universal free meal program

The Columbus, Ohio, school district will sign on to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Community Eligibility Option in the upcoming school year, providing free breakfasts and lunches to all students -- regardless of family income. In the district, which already was offering free breakfasts to all students, 72% of students qualified to receive free lunches last school year.
