AMA objects to pharmacists not selling morning-after pill

Delegates at the American Medical Association conference said pharmacists should not interfere with the prescribing of the morning-after pill. A resolution passed by the AMA said pharmacists who have moral objections to the contraceptive should refer customers "to an appropriate alternative dispensing pharmacy without interference."
