Group protests Albertsons' mercury warnings

Women's Voices for the Earth has requested that Albertsons display clearly visible warnings about the dangers of mercury on its fish counters, claiming that the brochures currently available are hard to find. "Our company is committed to making sure that our associates and our customers have access to the most current and accurate information to help them make informed food choices when they shop with us," according to a statement from SuperValu, which owns Albertsons in Idaho.
