Research: Food still the best source of calcium

Researchers at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis have found that women who get daily calcium from food have healthier bones than women who use supplements for calcium. Osteoporosis affects an estimated 8 million women and 2 million men in the U.S., with 34 million at risk for the disease.
