Survey: Most educators want to mend, not end NCLB

Most educators and parents would rather fix NCLB than abandon it, according to a new Educational Testing Service survey of 626 parents, 251 teachers and 101 administrators. But most -- including 77% of teachers and 63% of administrators -- have a "staunchly negative" view of the law.
