The Arkansas Stroke Assistance Through Virtual Emergency Support program is proving to be an efficient system that provides care for stroke patients as more hospitals join the network. Arkansas SAVES uses videoconferencing tools to enable neurologists and other specialists to work with doctors in remote hospitals to examine and determine treatment options.
