Fewer homeowners enroll in foreclosure-prevention program

Recently released government data show that fewer homeowners are enrolling in the Obama administration's foreclosure-prevention program, called Making Home Affordable, as officials made the qualification process stricter. Also, more borrowers are losing their federal mortgage aid, although about half are receiving help through their lenders.
