Napolitano defends full-body scanners

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano defended her department's rapid deployment of Advanced Imaging Technology in airports across the country, saying the controversial machines are needed because "weapons and explosives have become harder to detect" as terrorists adapt to existing security measures.
