Senate Democrats are divided on path forward for energy reform

Senate Democrats emerged from a caucus meeting Thursday still divided on how to move forward on energy legislation. "There's not a unanimous consensus on the need to price carbon," said Sen. Tom Carper, D-Del., after the meeting. The standoff led Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., to announce plans for a follow-up meeting this week.
