China looks to stockpile more edible oils, grains

China is the world's leading importer of soy and second-biggest vegetable oil user, and it recently raised capacity limits on edible oils and grains, according to newspaper reports. The country's storage capacity is about 50% of yearly edible oil use and 70% of grain use.
