Cocktail fans discover the flavors of Peruvian Pisco

Pisco is finding its way into a growing number of cocktail glasses in the U.S., as American bartenders create new concoctions using new versions of the potent Peruvian spirit, a trend that's expanding along with a growing interest in South American cuisine. At Pio Pio in New York, owner Rodolfo Mayor has stocked the bar with 17 different brands that patrons can drink neat or sip mixed in 16 Pisco-based cocktails.
