British Airways: A luxury hotel in the sky?

Frank van der Post, the managing director of brand and customer experience for British Airways, says he wants to give the airline the high level of service like that of a luxury hotel -- and some of the visual appeal, too. He is making cabins with more privacy so the experience feels more personal. "Each cabin is like a small, private plane," says van der Post.
