Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has been accused of spinning the immigration bill differently to anglophone and Spanish-speaking audiences -- but on closer examination it's apparent that any differences are in style rather than content, writes Dana Rohrabacher. "Rubio emphasized different parts of the bill's process depending on his audience. ... But his explanations described the bill's provisions the same way, in both English and in Spanish," she writes.
