Ind. lawmakers to question McGraw-Hill president about online testing glitches

Ellen Haley, president of McGraw-Hill, will answer questions today about the glitches that plagued online assessments administered in April in Indiana. Of the 482,000 students statewide who took the state's ISTEP exam, 78,000 experienced server problems, officials said. Those problems could have affected students' scores, which carry high stakes for the state's teachers.
