Kempinski wants to keep up its reputation as a leading luxury hotelier. Innovation, food and talent are some of its focuses as the company looks to expand in Africa, Europe and Asia. "[M]y job is to ensure that (Kempinski is) a leading luxury brand 10 years from now. We have several ways to attain that goal. One is innovation.
