Korean cosmetics retailer to buy Canada's Fruits & Passions

US-based household products conglomerate S.C. Johnson will sell its 2,000-store Canadian fragrance and body care products retailer Fruits & Passions to South Korea-based retail chain Thefaceshop Company, which is a unit of LG Corp. Thefaceshop operates 2,200 shops in 26 countries and books about $400 million in annual sales, according to a statement from S.C. Johnson's public relations firm.
