Mass. official encourages towns to begin casino negotiations

Stephen Crosby, chairman of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, encouraged towns to begin negotiating community agreements with casinos. "Now is their time for maximum leverage, now is the time to be negotiating with bidders. They have to think about protecting their community," Crosby said.
