Plastic surgery helps patients after significant weight loss

Formerly obese patients who lose a significant amount of weight increasingly seek plastic surgery to tighten the excess skin that remains. The surgery is part of the patients' overall journey to health and fitness, says plastic surgeon Rocco Piazza. "We want to encourage our patients to get to the gym to tone their muscles, to develop that muscle tone," he said.
