U.S. is key to Grupo Bimbo growth, CEO says

Daniel Servitje, CEO of Grupo Bimbo, said the company has grown by pursuing opportunity in the U.S., which accounts for about $6 billion of the Mexican company's $13 billion in revenue. "For me, the United States has been and continues to be the land of opportunity," he said. "We have enjoyed double-digit growth consistently in 29 years by continuing to expand distribution in the Hispanic market and then crossing over to the general market."
