Study: Most search engine users cannot identify ads

The majority, 56%, of Internet users cannot tell the difference between search engines' advertised links and their non-sponsored findings, a study found. The Harris Interactive survey of 2,000 users, commissioned by iCrossing, found that younger people are more likely to be able to tell ads apart from other listings.
