Chefs and foodies descend on Aspen

Aspen, Colo., normally thought of as a winter playground for the wealthy, becomes a mecca for world-class chefs -- and for their fans -- attending The Food & Wine Classic in June. The festival also is an indicator of upcoming food trends, and this year, there's a buzz about Spanish and Greek wine, unusual food pairings, hand-cured meats, barrel-aged beer and sustainable cuisine.
