After 10 weeks on the job, Lynda Clarizio, head of AOL's Platform A unit, believes she has solved most of the integration problems associated with combining people from AOL's own sales force with the staffs at acquisitions Advertising.com, Tacoda and Quigo. "Everyone's job has either been expanded to include responsibility across Platform A or has been redefined," Clarizio said. "It's also been a cultural change."
