Orlando occupancy, revpar take a dive for week ending June 13

Hotel occupancies in the Orlando area declined by 9.1% for the week ending June 13 compared to the same week a year ago, according to Smith Travel Research. Occupancy levels were at 63.1% for the week, while the average daily room rate for the area fell 12.9% to $88.04. Revenue per available room dropped to $55.04, a 20.8% decline from the same week a year ago.
