Sons follow their father's lead, become nurses

Greg Southard switched from being a welder to nursing some 25 years ago, and now his two sons are following in his footsteps. Zach, a nurse in the cardiothoracic ICU at the University of Wisconsin Hospital, said his father always enjoyed going to work, which was an inspiration for him to join the profession. Sam just graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Nursing and said he, like his dad, was drawn by the service aspect of nursing.
