Nantucket's 80 eateries boast some flavors familiar to summer visitors from nearby Boston, courtesy of a network of chefs and kitchen staffers who move easily back and forth between the two markets during the season. "There's this nice little cycle going on," said Gabriel Frasca of island restaurant Straight Wharf. "We've always envisioned there should be a website. 'I can send one cook for three months.' We could call it Facecook."
