Mississippi county passes vicious-dog ordinance

A newly approved ordinance in Adams County, Miss., gives the county sheriff's office more authority in responding to complaints about vicious or nuisance dogs in the area. "It gives the sheriff's office some power in order to deal with dog issues as they arise outside the city limits," a county official said.
