Should England do more to focus on bright students?

The leader of a group of grammar-school leaders in England says schools are being forced to water down education to boost disadvantaged students, and they want to introduce teaching resources designed for exceptionally bright students. Shaun Fenton, chairman of the Grammar School Heads Association, said government funding should be dedicated to create such resources.
