U.K. agency calls for salt and fat reductions in food

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, which advises the U.K. government on health issues, says the government should push food companies to cut salt and fat from their products. The agency did not indicate how much fat or salt should be eliminated, but it said, "we want the healthy choice to be the less expensive, more attractive choice."
