High-carb foods make a comeback

Food companies are starting to market the benefits of beans, bananas, whole grains and other high-carbohydrate foods made of "resistant starch," a form of fiber. Studies from the past few years have shown that these foods help control high cholesterol, high blood sugar and weight.
