Hormone linked to maintaining weight loss

Researchers found that boosting levels of the hormone leptin in people who have lost weight can help reverse the brain changes caused by the lower levels that result from weight loss and make it easier to resist tempting foods. The lead researcher said the findings may lead to a new class of therapies to help people maintain weight loss.
