Kodak, Motorola combine on 5-megapixel cameraphone

Motorola and Kodak will introduce a 5-megapixel cameraphone by the end of 2008 aimed at persuading some people to abandon their still camera in favor of carrying a single device. Motorola said the GSM/EDGE ZN5 phone would take better-quality photos than some digital cameras, and the partners added that this deal represented the first fruit of a 10-year alliance they announced a couple of years ago.
