Conservative spinoff of Episcopal Church won't allow gay bishops

The Anglican Church in North America, a conservative offshoot of the U.S. Episcopal Church, is in the midst of a three-day organizational meeting in Bedford, Texas. Among the church's key tenets is that bishops can only be straight men -- no women or gay men will be considered for the leadership position.
