N.C. bullying bill sparks controversy over protection of gay students

Lawmakers in North Carolina's House have preliminarily approved an anti-bullying law that would provide specific protections for students bullied because of their sexual orientation. The bill also includes race, religion and disability as reasons students could become victims of bullying.
