Cambodian students in Anlong Veng -- once a Khmer Rouge stronghold -- are for the first time reading a textbook that details the regime's reign of terror in the 1970s, including a genocide that killed 1.7 million people. The director of the group that published the textbook says children should learn about the genocide so it will never happen again.
