Student's suicide leads to counseling for transfers in Australia

A bullied student's suicide has prompted changes to schools in New South Wales, Australia, including counseling for all midterm transfers. The Education Department is reviewing all school counseling and is testing a dedicated e-mail at some schools to which students can report bullying.
