Study pegs U.S. mobile ad spend at $4 billion by 2015

A new report from BIA/Kelsey expects targeted local mobile advertising to drive a steep climb in mobile ad spending over the next four years. Spending on mobile is expected to reach $4 billion in 2015, with $2.8 billion of that going to local ads.
