Europeans see hope in Abenomics

Long-suffering European countries under the yoke of austerity are showing a lively interest in the stimulus policies of Japan's new government under Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, analysts said after the conclusion of last week's Group of Eight summit. But others urge caution, noting substantial differences between Japan's situation and the crisis currently gripping Europe.
