Microsoft entices devs with Windows Store Partner Directory

Microsoft is introducing a Windows Store Partner Directory of first- and third-party services available to developers. The directory includes 15 verticals, including advertising, analytics, cross-platform tools, payments, push notifications and social plugins. So far, it's undeveloped but shows potential, Emil Protalinski writes.
