Judge: NYC schools can enforce vaccination policies

A federal judge has upheld a New York City policy that allows school districts to enforce vaccination policies. The city's policy, which was challenged by a group of parents with various objections to vaccines, allows schools to prevent students who are unvaccinated from attending school when there is a reported illness. A lawyer for the parents has asked the court to rehear the case.
